Terms & Conditions:
- All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include government Goods & Services Tax of 15%. All rates/packages are current at the time of publication however must be confirmed at the time of booking.
- For confirmation of your booking, a deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of the booking, unless another amount is specified, or the full holiday cost, if your booking is made 30 days or less before the arrival date. The deposit can either be made in the form of bank transfer, bank cheque or credit card details and expiry date
- Minimum 2 night stay where applicable
Deposits, Refunds & Cancellation Fees:
- Refundable or non-refundable payments made by you, will be based, on the number of days prior to the arrival date your cancellation notification was received by us. Written notification must be sent to us by fax / email. The cancellation shall be deemed effective on the day we receive the fax/email.
- For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival we will withhold 25% of the suite/villa cost
- For cancellations made within 15 days of arrival we will withhold 50% of the suite/villa cost
- For cancellations made within 10 days of arrival we will withhold 100% of the suite/villa cost
